Internally there is a gain control trimpot where it is possible to reduce the amount of distortion produced by this pandora box.
When using the pedal in 18Vdc you get a larger Headroom without compromising the sensitivity of the drive to the touch.

Early Days Overdrive

Early Days is a Low / Mid Overdrive that seeks to present a classic tube amp Tone.
Its tone is soft, smooth and balanced adding up to a characteristic saturation of the valve.
The Response is dynamic and organic, adding to your amplifier a full-bodied, vintage sound.
It has an additional bass control which provides a better fit to the tone to each guitar, in addition to the usual Tone control.
