AFJ800 Distortion - Affonso Junior Signature

O AFJ800 é uma fabulosa máquina de timbres, o drive principal é composto por 2 drives distintos, de um lado o JCM800 clássico e de outro o JCM2000 moderno e matador.
Foi desenvolvido para atender os parâmetros fornecidos por Affonso Junior dentro de suas preferências de timbres e texturas.
O Drive secundário é baseado no famoso TS808 Handwired, ele é encarregado além de ser o overdrive do pedal, servir também como o booster de ganho, empurrando o Drive principal, e é dessa maneira que o Affonso Junior gostar de utilizar o Tube Screamer, como um booster de ganho, mas não se engane pensando que esse Tube Screamer tem papel de coadjuvante no pedal. O TS808 produz um drive rico em médios com som aveludado, vai de simples crunch à um drive muito próximo ao drive dos antigos amplificadores valvulados.

No Modo JCM800 a distorção vem com o característico ronco do amplificador, uma marca registrada desse modelo, logo nos remete aos sons das bandas britânicas dos anos 80, ao mudar a chave para o modo JCM2000 você é transportado imediatamente para os sons atuais, moderno com muito mais ganho, e caso queira esquentar ainda mais o seu som, basta acionar o TS808 para empurrar seu distortion e adicionar, ganho, compressão e presença ao seu som.
A pintura foi inspirada na Equipe Brabham de Formula 1, outra paixão de Affonso Junior além da guitarra.
